Our donors have the right to know that the money they entrust to us is used for their intentions only, as well as economically and efficiently, to help as many people as possible, by committing to absolute transparency.

We therefore decided from the beginning not to cover costs for administration, travel and marketing in South Tyrol using donations, but instead from an income intended for this purpose. We call it our 100% Donation Guarantee.

All income, expenses and connected activities are accordingly recorded, documented and published with comments. We are controlled and checked by the State of South Tyrol as well as by two donation seals: Sicher Spenden and Carta della Donazione.

The criterias for transparency of Help without Frontiers are summarized as such:

• Our donors have a right to know the exact and economic use of the means entrusted to us
• All donations go 100% to our Projects
• All expenses for Projects and Administration are planned and agreed on by the management board
• No expense is made without a receipt
• All receipts are booked and ordered according to the projects
• The income and expenses are published in detail, with balance and comments
• The allowances for administration, travel and marketing are covered by seperate sources of income
