To companies who like to support our association we offer three sponsor packages who will grant a certain return in good will and image: Golden Heart, Helping Hands and Noble Deed.

But before we introduce these packages we would like to give some Marketing information about us:

Internet
Every day our website receives over 300 visitors and this number is increasing rapidly.

Possibilities:

• Display of the Trademark (Logo) or banner with link to the sponsors site
• Banner at the the NEWS or the BLACKBOARD Page with link
• Announcement with a special message on our BLACKBOARD

E-mail:
Ten times a year we send a NEWSLETTER to our supporters and members informing them of our work (in December 2005 we already had approx 3500 subscribers).

Possibilities:

• Mentioning of the sponsorship in the NEWSLETTER under a separate topic, along with information about the sponsor, its donations and contact information

Conferences
The number of invitations to conferences and presentations in schools, associations and in private or public institutions is increasing. In 2005 our meetings where attended by more than 3.000 interested people.

Possibilities:

• In the final discussion a sheet with the logos and brandnames of our donors is displayed until the end
• We can show pictures containing some kind of product placement we can distribute leaflets, samples or other material at our merchandise booth
• We can come and do a presentation at the sponsors company staff/ customers

Thank you letters
All of our donors receive a thank you letter which can be used as receipt for their own tax bill.

Possibilities

• In these letters we can name the sponsor and his support (2005: 1.500 letters)
• We can attach a leaflet

Members
Help without Frontiers has approx. 95 members (December 2005)

Possibilities,

• Separate information about the sponsor to our members
• Dispatching of leaflets or samples among our members

Press
We regularly send out press releases as well as being interviewed for newspapers, radio and television.

Possibilities

• In these press releases we can mention our sponsors
• In our interviews we can mention the sponsor name (without a guarantee that it will be broadcast).
