Schulbildung A good education offers the chance for a better future. This is why Help without Frontiers supports schools on both sides of the border for more than 6.300 students. Help without Frontiers also supports dormitories for children who live far away or whose parents have to travel to find work.

Help without Frontiers also offers training for youth and teachers. Through the training, teachers learn modern teaching methods so that the students can learn by themselves and become creative, not only through rote learning. Help without Frontiers also provides support for teachers with finance training.

 

Schools

SchulenHelp without Frontiers supports schools for migrants and refugees in Thailand and Burma. In both cases most children cannot attend school because of their parents' economic situation. In Burma's war striken ethnic minority areas, the regime has been trying to stop school education altogether.

SchülerheimeHelp without Frontiers supports dormitories in Thailand, where children who are sent alone by their parents from Burma can find safe accomodation and food. More and more children from poor families in Thailand are also staying in the dormitories because they would otherwise have to work instead of going to school.
